PharmXhealthOne Clinic is a growing walk-in health clinic that is expanding into South Florida. We are a Patient-Centered convenient and affordable functional wellness clinic located in Florida. As a top-tier wellness center, the goal of PharmXhealthOne is to provide holistic, naturopathic, and functional medicine care to all their patients in Wellington, Boynton Beach, and Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

This position will be working in our Boynton Beach clinic location, treating clients at their home, workplace, and other acceptable locations in Palm Beach County to provide Radial shockwave treatment or Acoustic Wave Therapy, IV therapy, as well as video conferencing with clients through telemedicine. This position is mainly to provide Radial shockwave therapy and IV Therapy for our clients at our Boynton Beach clinic and at clients' locations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Registered Nurse will mainly provide Radial Shockwave Therapy and IV Therapy at our Boynton Beach clinic and at clients' homes, and other acceptable places within Palm Beach County.
• Providing consultation about Radial shockwave therapy or Acoustic Wave Therapy in person or via Telehealth.
• Reporting to PharmX Medical Director regarding each case.
• Providing patient education whenever necessary
• Provides appropriate medical record documentation in an EHR on all patients in accordance with clinic policy.
• Documents and codes all patient contact accurately and legibly in the medical record.
• Establish positive relationships with the local medical community, patients, and co-workers
• Performs medical services/procedures according to privileges issued as a Florida Board Certified Registered Nurse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Comfortable and skilled with electronic platforms such as EHR and Telehealth
• Experience providing service or consultation with patients through Telehealth.
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, and completion of a Registered Nurse program specific to the expanded specialty role/category for which application is made.
• Must have at least 3 years of RN experience.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience treating patients at their homes.
• Must have experience in providing patients with Radial shockwave therapy, acoustic wave therapy or similar treatments
• Must possess a two-hour Prevention of Medical Errors Certification and other FL required CEUs
• Must have a clear Level 2 Background check results
• Must possess a current, clear and Active Florida RN license
• Possession of a valid and clear Florida driver’s license
• Possess active auto insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS'
